Payment
Payment can be made online, by credit or debit card, by
Paypal balance, or by sending a cheque. If you wish to
pay by cheque, please print out the order form or
telephone your order so the item can be reserved for
you.
Delivery
All orders will be despatched within 24 hours of payment
clearing, by Royal Mail first class recorded delivery to
addresses within the UK free of charge. Please contact
us for delivery arrangements for overseas addresses.
Refunds
If you are dissatisfied with your order in any way,
please inform us by telephone or email. A full refund
will be given if the item is returned in an unused state
within seven days of receipt. The item must be
adequately packed, with proof of purchase and returned
by Royal Mail first class recorded delivery.
Privacy
Your details are requested so that we can process your
order. Your personal data will not be passed on to any
other person or organisation, unless we are required to
by law. We do not have access to your credit or debit
card details, these are held securely by Paypal. Your
email address and order details will be stored so that
we can keep you informed of our latest creations and to
send you our newsletters. If you do not wish to receive
this information, please contact us and you will be
removed from our mailing list.
